The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the Accounting Team while overseeing the day-to-day operations and compliance of the company's accounting and finance functions. The position ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records and reports, provides guidance and performance management to accounting personnel, and maintains effective internal controls and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Accounting Supervisor shall supervise and oversee the following facets of Accounting and Finance:

General Ledger

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Journal Entries and Data Entry for Month end Closing

Payroll

BIR Compliance

Cash Liquidity, Budgeting & Forecasting

Cash Management and Internal Controls

Inventory and Warehouse Control

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy
• CPA preferred but not required
• With at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proactive and has great Leadership Skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
