Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations.

• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies.

• Provide guidance and training to accounting staff.

• Perform errands and other duties as required by immediate superior.

Knowledge

•Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).

•Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

•Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).

•Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis principles.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.

4–6 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
