Finance Supervisor

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the company. The position ensures the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, preparation of financial reports, monitoring of cash flow, payroll coordination, accounts payable and receivable management, and compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Finance Supervisor provides guidance to the Finance Team, reviews financial transactions and supporting documents, monitors internal controls, and assists management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.

Experience

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax compliance, financial reporting, and general accounting is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, or financial management systems.
• Strong skills in account reconciliation and financial analysis.
• Ability to prepare and review financial reports and supporting schedules.
