The Finance Supervisor oversees daily financial operations, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in strict accordance with company policy. This role is responsible for leading the team through active mentorship, performance monitoring, and fostering professional growth.

Responsibilities:

1. People Leadership & Development:

• Supervise, train, and provide regular performance feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with company values.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor daily productivity to ensure all deadlines are met.

2. Financial Operations & Compliance:

• Oversee cash management, including petty cash replenishment and check monitoring.
• Maintain and update the daily cash position report.
• Assist in regulatory compliance and reporting for banks, BOI, and AMLC.
• Provide accurate end-of-day (EOD) operational reports to management.

3. Internal Controls & Governance:

• Suggest, implement, and audit cash management processes to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve discrepancies or process gaps.

4. Strategic Process Improvement:

• Identify bottlenecks in financial workflows and implement efficiency enhancements.
• Provide data-driven budget recommendations to management.

5. Others:

• Other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior.
• Uphold the company's vision and mission.
• Follow the company's code of conduct.
