ROLE: Supervisor

BUSINESS UNIT: Finance, General Accounting

PURPOSE : The role is an outcome of a business expansion and strategic initiative of the Company to onboard a Talent that has the professional background, technical experience, leadership and management capabilities, and desired qualities to successfully perform the role to meet the business goals.  

OBJECTIVE : The role’s overall contribution lies in strengthening the business cash flow by ensuring Finance and its people’s performance success, communicating with key stakeholders, and keeping accurate, timely, and sound financial reporting and forecasting alongside maintaining a robust portfolio in compliance to Accounting principles, laws and regulations - reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborates with Service Providers.

• 3-years experience in General Accounting and Taxation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Accounting Management/Accounting Technology
• Competencies :
• Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Organization & Time Management, Problem-solving, and Decision-making
• Team Management & Supervisory, Teamwork & Collaboration, Bookkeeping, Accounting, Budgeting, Tax, and Auditing, Accounting Principles, Laws, and Regulations, Use of MS Excel and other Accounting Systems such as QuickBooks, Oracle, MS Dynamics
• Proactive, Openness to receive constructive feedback, Integrity, Honesty, & Trustworthy, Attention to detail & Accuracy, Adaptability
