Finance Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Checks purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vouchers payable and other accounting documents.

2. Audits liquidation of cash advances for purchases, transportation and other company expenses.

3. Checks Service Invoice & monitors its submission to clients.

4. Review bi- monthly payroll before approval and uploading.

5. Check & review BIR remittances.

6. Prepare audit schedules and bank reconciliation.

7. Coordinates with operations and other departments on all matters concerning accounting and finance.

8. Supervises accounting functions by maintaining and producing financial information and accounting tasks of company accounts and records.

9. Supervises month-end and year-end accounting procedures including preparation of monthly BOD reports.

10. Other related works assigned by the management.

11. Perform other task as assigned by his/her superior.

COMPETENCIES:

Education:

College Graduate of Accountancy, preferably CPA

Experience:

At least 2 to 5years of relevant work experience

Skills ( Knowledge, Habits and Attitude )

Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Spreadsheet , Familiar with General Accounting, Keen on details and Flexible
