ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required.

Experience:

At least 3–5 years of solid experience in accounting or finance.

With supervisory or leadership experience handling a team of accounting staff.

Experienced in general accounting, financial statement preparation, and government compliance.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).

Proficient in accounting systems (Acumatica, ERP or similar software).

Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reports.

Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:

Trustworthy and highly responsible, with integrity in handling confidential data.

Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Team-oriented and able to coordinate with other departments.

Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
