About the Role:

We are looking for a System & Compliance Audit Supervisor to lead audit operations, ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency. This role suits someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in leading audits within a structured environment.

• Conduct compliance and operational audits across departments
• Review and assess processes and records for alignment with internal policies and ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations for improvement
• Supervise audit planning activities and mentor junior auditors
• Monitor and enforce implementation of compliance policies

• 1–3 years of audit experience, preferably with an ISO-certified company
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or a related field
• CPA or CIA certification is a plus
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of compliance auditing, process mapping, and data analysis
