Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, supervising the Settlements and Reconciliation Team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the Finance Manager in monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and review the Settlements and Reconciliation Team.
• Ensure daily accounting and financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Review transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and variances.
• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
• Monitor accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate accounting staff.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting activities.
• Recommend improvements to accounting and reconciliation processes.
