- Overseas the entire payment Process from receiving cheque vouchers from the accounting department to releasing CV
- Manages and resolves long-standing payment issues with key vendors
- Prepares and consolidates monthly disbursement schedule based on treasury managers instruction
- Reviews all disbursement vouchers for completeness and compliance
- Ensures cut-off deadlines for payables (suppliers,payroll, government remittances
- Submits monthly summary of disbursements to treasury manager
- Coordinates with accounting for accruals and outstanding payables
- Conducts a monthly review of the accounts payables aging report, checks accuracy, completeness and reconciles with CV pipeline
- Verifies and approves daily vouchers, assigns and monitors staff workload (CV preparation check/online payment)
- Check completeness of documents from accounting (AP+ Voucher + Attachments)
- Manages the daily release of payments, ensuring all payments are authorized and executed correctly
- Handles daily Inquiries from vendors regarding payment status
