Description

  • Supervise daily financial operations and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Develop and implement budgeting processes and financial forecasts.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members for optimal performance.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 1 years in finance roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Asset Management, Risk Assessment, AP & AR, and Financial Statement analysis.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, manage budgets, and report financial performance.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, with potential for overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, analytical mindset, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
