- Oversee the financial planning and analysis process to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports detailing performance, forecasts, and budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and performance optimization.
- Manage cash flow and investment strategies to maximize returns.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage financial teams
