Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management → Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/annual financial reporting.
• Compliance & Tax → Ensure timely and accurate filing of BIR, SEC, and other government requirements. Liaise with external auditors.
• Cash Flow & Treasury → Monitor cash flow, manage bank transactions, and maintain financial controls.
• Analysis & Strategy → Provide financial insights, cost analysis, and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Team Oversight → Supervise the accounting department and improve processes, controls, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related course. CPA is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Experience: 2-3 years in finance/accounting, including 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Skills: Proficient in PFRS, BIR taxation, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Attributes: Analytical, detail-oriented, strong leadership, and good communication skills.
