Financial Controller

Huayu KJ Supply & Leasing Corp. is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the company's financial and accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and finance functions of the company.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Lead and supervise the Accounting and Finance Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is required.
• At least 10 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Familiarity with BIR, SEC, and Philippine accounting regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary

Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
