Finance Supervisor/Manager

• Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the team or department, which may include activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, financial transactio processing, and financial reporting
• Possesses extensive knowledge and proficiency in profit and loss (P&L) management, budget planning, budget amendments, and the processing and approval of critical financial documents.
• Skilled in revenue monitoring, tracking actual expenditures, managing cash flows, and overseeing financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained and coordination in the completion of annual audits.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end process
• Will be in charge of BIR reports, transaction and payments for (BIR, SEC, SSS, Philhealth, and Pagibig)
• Abreast in the current bank facilities and technology such as on-line banking and other bank related services.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting and finance methods, policies, and principles
• Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Preferably CPA but not required
• Must be a graduate of Accountancy or Financial Management
• With at least five (5) years of work experience as a Finance Supervisor or at least three (3) of experience in managerial role.
• With experience in cost accounting, preferably in Manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Proficient in MS office application
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Must be willing to work onsite in NIA North Rd., Quezon City (Monday to Friday; Saturday - WFH)
