We're Hiring: MANAGER, FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (FP&A)

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to play a key role in driving financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and team leadership within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Location: Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Salary: PHP 80,000 - 120,000 package (Negotiable)

**** What You'll Do

• Build and maintain planning models, forecasting templates, and reports using Workday Adaptive Planning
• Deliver monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget-versus-actual reporting packages
• Support month-end close activities and financial data validation
• Lead and mentor offshore FP&A team members, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of work
• Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders and support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests

**** What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of FP&A or Financial Reporting experience
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
• Strong NetSuite experience (Required)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data visualization experience
• Experience leading or mentoring finance/reporting team members
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients (Required)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud platforms
• CPA or Accounting background
• Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed organizations
• Knowledge of VBA, Power Query, or automation tools
