• Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the team or department, which may include activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, financial transactions processing, and financial reporting
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end process
• Will be in charge of BIR reports, transaction and payments for (BIR, SEC, SSS, Philhealth, and Pagibig)
• Abreast in the current bank facilities and technology such as online banking and other bank related services
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained and coordination in the completion of annual audits
• Manage the processing and approval of key financial documents including revenue, expenditures, and cash flows, and accounts
• Petty Cash management
• Contribute to budget planning, amending budgets, and tracking actual expenditures
• Manage handling taxation processes and compliance, including tax preparation and filing. Ensures accurate tax computation, reporting, and documentation in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations and maintains compliance with government requirements and supports timely submission of all tax-related obligations.
• Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Preferably CPA but not required
• Must be a graduate of Accountancy or Financial Management
• With at least 5-10 years work experience as a Finance Supervisor or 3 years in a Managerial position
• Proficient in MS office application
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Must be willing to work onsite in NIA Rd., Quezon City (Monday to Saturday)
