Senior Finance Manager in Pasig upto 140k

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the end-to-end finance function of a Philippine legal entity. The role will oversee local controllership, financial reporting, tax and statutory compliance, external audit, financial planning, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close, financial statement review, and local statutory reporting.
• Lead BIR, corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Manage tax audits, assessments, and external tax advisors.
• Lead external audits and maintain strong internal controls and governance.
• Manage and develop the local finance team.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, cost management, and P&L performance.
• Partner with senior business and operational leaders on financial decisions and strategic planning.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive management.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Active CPA license/certification.
• 15+ years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Finance Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven ownership of a Philippine entity’s finance function, rather than primarily regional/shared-services reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with BIR, tax, statutory compliance, and external audit.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing local finance teams and supporting a significant budget, revenue base, or P&L.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in accounting/financial management systems

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated end-to-end local finance leadership, combining controllership and compliance expertise with commercial finance and business partnering experience. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to shared services, transaction processing, regional reporting, or offshore accounting support will not be the primary target.
