CORE RESPONSIBILITIES*
- *Financial Oversight*: Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with outsourced accounting firm
- *Planning & Budgeting*: Lead annual budgets, financial forecasting, and cash flow management
- *Analysis & Pricing*: Review quotation rates for brokerage/forwarding and present reports to the CEO
- *Process Optimization*: Improve internal workflows, controls, and financial policies
*REQUIREMENTS*
- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- *Licensure*: CPA preferred but not required
- *Experience*: 3-5 years in finance/accounting with supervisory/managerial exposure
- *Systems*: Proficient in MS Excel. QuickBooks (QB) and QNE experience preferred
