THE ROLE: SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST (CPA)

We are seeking a strategic and meticulous Senior Finance Analyst (CPA) to join our Finance & Strategic Planning team. This role is key in guiding the company’s financial health, providing insights to leadership, and building data-driven strategies that support growth in both our design and manufacturing arms. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, values-driven organization, balancing analytical rigor with practical business foresight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with PFRS.
• Analyze financial performance, margins, cost variances, and business unit profitability.
• Present clear, insightful reports to support executive decision-making.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Modeling

• Spearhead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts aligned with Genteel’s strategic plans.
• Conduct what-if scenario analysis and financial modeling for business growth initiatives.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment efficiency.

Audit, Compliance & Internal Controls

• Ensure full compliance with BIR, SEC, and government regulatory reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and prepare for external/internal audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation for government submissions and licensing.

Cross-Functional Business Support

• Collaborate with Design, Production, and Project teams to analyze project costing and profitability.
• Support inventory management, procurement analysis, and supplier cost optimization.
• Provide financial inputs in pricing, quotation, and client proposal reviews.

• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP)
• Experience in manufacturing, design, or project-based environments is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to deadlines
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
