Job Description
岗位职责
1. 全盘财税处理：负责菲律宾当地公司日常账务核算、月度税务申报，跟进年审、报税等相关法定工作，保障财税工作有序开展。
2. 多主体财务管理：负责公司各主体的注册、注销、报税及账务入账工作，严格把控各主体财务合规运作。
3. 单据凭证管理：处理审核日常财务发票及各类单据，协助仓库获取合规票据，完成财务凭证的整理、归档与保管工作。
4.资金账户管理：负责菲律宾本地备用金及日常资金运作管理，审核付款流程，对接当地银行处理各类账户相关业务。
5. 外部对接与合规管控：对接当地财税代理、税务局及各类政府核查部门，落实公司单据、财税全流程合规管理，规避合规风险。
6. 日常汇报及其他：及时、准确向总部财务同步工作情况，完成上级交办的临时性财务工作。
任职要求
1. 拥有2-3年财务、会计、税务相关实操工作经验。
2. 熟练掌握中文、英文，可独立完成工作沟通与书面对接。
3. 优先闽南华人，具备良好的沟通表达及人际交往能力，适配本地对外对接工作。
4. 熟悉菲律宾当地财税政策、公司法及合规要求，可独立处理多主体复杂财税问题。
加分项：有仓储服务业财务工作经验者优先。
