About the Role

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to build and run OneLot’s finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, reliable finance operations, and strong financial controls as the business scales. You’ll oversee lending-related accounting, treasury, compliance, statutory requirements, and financial reporting across OneLot’s Philippine and Singapore entities.

This role is ideal for a CPA with strong lending or fintech experience who is highly hands-on, commercially aware, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of finance in a lean and fast-growing environment.

What You Will Do:

• Own financial and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reconciliation.
• Oversee lending accounting, including loan book, interest income/EIR, provisions, taxes, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage treasury operations, including cash flow, payments, disbursements, funding, and bank coordination.
• Oversee tax, statutory, compliance, and audit requirements across Philippine and Singapore entities.
• Manage external accountants, tax advisers, and auditors to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
• Build and improve finance processes, reconciliations, systems, and internal controls to support business growth.

What We Will Need:

• CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in lending, fintech, financing, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of loan accounting, interest recognition/EIR, provisions, reconciliations, and lending-related tax and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of Philippine accounting, tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, treasury, cash flow, payments, disbursements, and financial controls.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills, with proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
• High ownership and independent judgment, with experience operating in a lean or startup environment.
• Experience managing multiple entities or jurisdictions, particularly the Philippines and Singapore, is a plus.
