Job Responsibilities:

• Managed general accounting operations, cost control, external audits, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepared and submitted timely financial reports, including RM File, Vision, Maestro, FFC, balance sheet reconciliations, overhead analysis, budget and reforecast reports, and project financial closures.
• Directed cash management activities by monitoring cash flow, preparing cash forecasts, overseeing invoicing and collections, managing supplier payments, controlling underbilling, and implementing corrective actions for overdue accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA license is required.
• At least 5 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably in a construction and real estate company.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and general accounting.
• Experience in handling audits, tax compliance, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
