QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred
• Master's degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Restaurant, Hotel, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing multiple business units or restaurant branches is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of:

• Financial reporting and analysis
• Budget preparation and forecasting
• Cash flow management
• Cost accounting and food cost analysis
• Inventory valuation and control
• Tax compliance and government regulations
• Payroll management
• Internal controls and audit procedures
• Financial planning and business strategy

Familiarity with:

• Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
• Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations
• SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG compliance
