Key Responsibilities:

1.Independently manage full-set accounting for the Philippine entity in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), prepare financial statements in a timely manner, and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

2.Review the compliance, authenticity, and completeness of various source documents (such as invoices, receipts, reimbursement forms, etc.); organize, classify, bind, and archive them properly.

3. Responsible for tax planning and various tax filings for the Philippine entity, focusing on identifying, assessing, and revealing tax risks, ensuring tax compliance, and implementing effective tax optimization within the legal framework.

4. Coordinate with annual external and internal audits, prepare required audit materials, follow up on audit findings, and implement corrective actions to ensure the smooth completion of audits.

5. Communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments on finance-related matters, provide professional financial support, and ensure business compliance.

6. Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with Philippine tax laws and regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

2. At least 3 years of full-set accounting experience in a multinational company. Background in FinTech or Philippine local accounting is preferred.

3. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Intermediate accountant certification or above is preferred.

4. Good English reading and writing skills, able to use English as a working language, proficient in handling English emails and financial reports.

5.Detail-oriented, rigorous, strong sense of responsibility and execution, and able to adapt to the company's work pace.
