- Ensure payments are within project budget and have complete supporting documents

- Handle payroll, and other disbursements and bank transactions

- Remit to BIR, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG

- Follow up collections and receivables

- Report on project expenses vs. budget

- Prepare monthly cash flow projections

- Submit transactions list and other reports to external accountant

- Prepare, update and implement policies

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of relevant experience

- Bachelor's in Accountancy, Finance or related field.

- Certified Public Accountant a plus

- Proficient in MS Office

- Experience with online banking platforms

- Detail-oriented. With strong integrity
