JOB OVERVIEW

Huayu KJ Supply & Leasing Corp. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Finance to lead and manage the company’s overall financial operations. This role is critical in ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and long-term profitability while supporting executive decision-making and business expansion.

The Director of Finance will oversee accounting, budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and risk control across all business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the company’s financial strategy, planning, and execution
• Supervise the Accounting and Finance Department, including senior accountants and finance officers
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and audits
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and other regulatory bodies
• Review and improve internal controls, financial policies, and procedures
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to Top Management and the Board
• Oversee tax planning, risk management, and cost control initiatives
• Support business expansion, investments, and financing activities
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions

Preferred Background:

Candidates with prior experience working in top-tier accounting firms such as Deloitte, PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), EY (Ernst & Young), and KPMG are highly preferred. These firms are recognized as the world’s largest professional services networks, leading the auditing of major corporations and providing extensive services in audit, tax, consulting, and advisory. Experience in these globally networked firms—known for handling the majority of audits for publicly listed companies and adhering to strict international standards—will be considered a strong advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• CPA is required
• At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or director-level role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and decision-making abilities
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Experience in construction, leasing, logistics, or supply industries is an advantage
