OCIC Consulting International Inc., a leading consulting firm bridging Chinese enterprise into the Philippine market, is looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Director to lead our finance organization to its next level of maturity.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing the Accounting Manager and finance team, with full accountability for financial strategy, reporting integrity, tax and regulatory compliance, internal controls, and cash management across the business. You will translate financial data into strategic insight for the Chairwoman and leadership team, while building a high-performing, zero-mistake finance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership, overseeing reporting, AR management, tax compliance, and internal controls across the finance function
• Review and elevate monthly, weekly, and quarterly financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AR Aging, variance and trend analysis)
• Drive accounts receivable discipline, escalation protocols, and collection performance
• Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax laws (BIR) and serve as senior point of contact for audits and assessments
• Design and strengthen internal control frameworks, approval matrices, and risk management practices
• Mentor and develop the Accounting Manager and wider finance team
• Champion process improvement and AI-assisted finance workflows
• Act as a key strategic advisor to the Chairwoman and leadership

Qualifications

• CPA required; CMA or MBA a strong advantage
• Minimum 8–10 years in finance/accounting, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership capacity
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) — required
• Strong command of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards
• Experience in Chinese-invested enterprises, outbound business services, or professional services firms strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and modernize finance operations
