We are seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Finance Specialist to oversee end-to-end financial reporting and accounting activities for a confidential, premier organization. This role offers excellent cross-border exposure, allowing you to manage and collaborate closely with key stakeholders based in both the Philippines and Hong Kong.

• End-to-End Accounting: Manage daily and month-end accounting operations, including general ledger management, journal entry recording, and account reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Drive the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and handle intercompany billing transactions.
• Transactional Oversight: Oversee invoice processing and ensure overall compliance with established accounting standards.
• Controllership & Analytics: Execute general controllership functions, leverage data analytics to optimize accounting processes, and ensure robust financial controls.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner actively with regional stakeholders across the Philippines and Hong Kong to streamline cross-border financial operations.

Requirements

• Credential: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in corporate finance and accounting.
• Audit Background: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Big 4 audit firm (e.g., PwC, KPMG, Reyes Tacandong, Grant Thornton, or similar). A blended background of public audit and corporate accounting is highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting standards, and financial data analytics.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of managing diverse, cross-border stakeholders.
