Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning: Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models aligned with business growth
  • Strategic Analysis: Analyze store performance, market trends, and expansion opportunities.
  • Bank Relations: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including loan negotiations, credit facilities, treasury services, merchant facilities, and financing arrangements.
  • Capital Management: Oversee funding strategies, debt management, cash flow planning, and investment decisions.
  • Treasury Management: Monitor liquidity, working capital, and cash requirements across all stores and business units.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across 100+ stores.
  • LGU Compliance Coordination: Oversee financial coordination related to mayor’s permits, business permits, local taxes, and other LGU regulatory requirements for stores and corporate offices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure financial data integrity and compliance with BIR, SEC, and other Philippine regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Assess financial risks, implement controls, and safeguard company assets.
  • Executive Support: Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO/COO for strategic decision-making.
