Description
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to guide strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency.
- Assist in the recruitment process by providing financial insights.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in bookkeeping and basic accounting principles; strong communication skills; knowledge of tax audit procedures.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in financial reporting, maintain accurate financial records, support tax audits, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, working hours may vary.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
