About the role

RDC Painting Services has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Staff to join our growing team in Antipolo City Rizal. This full-time role will provide essential financial and administrative support to our Finance department, playing a key part in the ongoing success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Interim Financial Statement

• Update all Statement account balances
• Review and Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts
• Perform calculation for statement of Cash Flows
• Experience with accounting software for financial statement preparation is required

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Budget and Forecasting

• Monthly Budget setting report
• Quarterly budget setting report
• Annual budget setting
• Budget VS Actual Report (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually)

Compliance and Risk Management

• Tax Compliance
• Basic knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and BIR requirements is preferred
• Regulatory Compliance

1. Performing data entry, reconciliations, and other routine financial tasks to support the Finance team
2. Providing administrative support, such as filing, document management, and responding to inquiries
3. Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information and provide insights
4. Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. At least 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
4. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
6. Proactive and adaptable, with a keen interest in learning and improving financial processes
