Responsible for managing purchasing activities, supplier coordination, financial transactions, and administrative finance tasks. Ensures that company purchases are cost-effective, properly documented, and aligned with approved budgets and policies.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, finance, or accounting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
