What You'll Do:

The Finance Operations Accountant is responsible for managing cash collections, verifying transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Additionally, the role supports budgeting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cash management operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reconcile for portal transactions

Manage cash advances, reimbursements, and petty cash

Maintain financial records and prepare reports

Support tax filings, collections, and revenue share computations

Collaborate with accountants across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong Excel and accounting software skills

Integrity, attention to detail, and great communication

Ability to work independently and with teams
