Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance is required
• With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in Accounting Staff.
• Able to multitask and can work with minimum supervision
• With excellent communication skills, flexible, hardworking, and meticulous to details.
• Must be result oriented with sense of initiative and responsibility, and must be keen on providing quick and timely response to queries.

Duties & Responsivities:

• Checking the completeness of invoices attached to the reimbursement application
• Checking the invoices for its validity for claiming of expenses and input tax
• Checking if a reimbursed expense has an attached BIR form 2307 for EWT
• Offers timely assistance to the inquiry of the project team with regards to reimbursement procedures.
• Ensures timely for the reimbursements submitted for checking
• Sorting of receipts/invoices attached to the reimbursement
• Must enforce strict compliance with reimbursement policy
• Initiates communication with the requesting department on noted discrepancy.
