Finance & Accounting Assistant (Fresh Graduate Friendly)

ETAP Inc. is looking for a Finance & Accounting Assistant to join our Other Payables team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable, tax compliance, and inventory monitoring while working closely with our Finance & Accounting Officer.

What you’ll do:

• Process payments and reconcile transactions
• Prepare BIR forms and ensure compliance
• Record and update financial transactions in QNE
• Monitor inventory of production assets and marketing collaterals
• Support audits and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates (internship or coursework in finance/accounting is a plus)
• Knowledge of BIR forms, reconciliation, and accounting software preferred
