Qualification:

• College graduate of Finance or Accountancy related course.
• Residing in Santa Rosa Laguna or nearby areas.
• With at least 6 months-1 year work related experience.
• Familiar with accounting software e.g. QuickBooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively use computer software including MS Office and spreadsheet with calculation software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Handling bookkeeping and process business transactions including updating manual books of account. Encode financial transactions accordingly and appropriately.

2. Update daily and monthly rate conversion.

3. Prepare cash, check voucher and voucher’s payable.

4. Update petty cash summary and check voucher summary.

5. Prepare and update the BIR Expanded withholding tax.

6. Update PO Monitoring for direct and indirect materials.

7. Maintain and update inventory listing and lapsing schedule

8. Responsible in coordinating all collections to the suppliers and release checks.

9. Assists with audits, forecasts, and other finance functions.
