Description
- Post Received Reports in the Accounting System forwarded from Warehouse Specialist and forward documents to Head Office
- Facilitates creation of Purchases Orders to Suppliers
- Conducts Inventory Count of actual stocks inside the warehouse
- Conducts Inventory Reconciliation of any variances
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate head
Requirement
- Candidate should be a Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related course
- Proven experience as a Finance Clerk or any related field.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
- Knowledge of MS Office and database
- Attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Well-versed in Microsoft operations
