The Finance and Accounting Team Lead manages the daily operations of the finance team, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, reporting, and compliance. Working closely with senior management, this role oversees financial analysis, budget support, and process improvement to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accountants and analysts, assign tasks, and conduct performance reviews
• Financial Reporting: Oversee timely preparation of financial statements and internal reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Accounting Operations: Manage AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions; ensure tax compliance and maintain internal controls
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget creation, analyze variances, and monitor cash flow
• Process Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities, enhance efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaboration: Work cross-departmentally to ensure accurate financial data and provide insights to senior management

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
• 5+ years in finance/accounting, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
