Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager (ON-SITE)

Description
- Preparation of full set accounts
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Prepare timely financial management reports
- Process invoices
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Performing financial audits
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Budget preparation
- Review and implement financial policies
- Ad-hoc tasks that assigned by the management
Requirements
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, CPA or ACCA will be an advantage
- Strong Accounting System knowledge
- 3 years of proven work experience as a Finance and Accounting Supervisor/Assistant manager or similar role
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software
- Good MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
