1.    Performs reconciliation and analyzes of client’s accounts.

a.    Analyzes receivables and monitors AR no. of days from each client to measure its compliance with agreed credit terms.

b.    Coordinates with clients the status of invoices processed and investigates the nature of problem on unprocessed invoices.

c.    Coordinates with other sections of Finance departments regarding the documents or any issues raised by the clients to facilitate collection.

d.    Assists Treasury section in monitoring of collection of clients’ accounts.

2.    Monitors Standard Packaging Units (SPUs) submitted by Production Department through the Manufacturing and Packaging Orders (MOs/POs).

3.    Analyzes Unbilled Reports to identify problems on unbilled POs and resolves the issues immediately to minimize unbilled SPUs.

4.    Monitors submission of and check completeness of Analytical Reports (AR) and Packaging Materials Status Reports (PMSR) from Quality Control and sorts out AR and PMSR by client basis.

5.    Matches PO quantity versus Delivery Receipt quantity to be billed.

6.    Indicates applicable fees for each MO and PO.

7.    Checks and identifies billable Interphil-supplied Raw and Packaging Materials per MO and PO.

8.    Prepares billing of MOs/POs, AR, PMSR through the billing system.

9.    Prepares billing of Retroactive Toll Fee and Assay Adjustment.

10.  Validates details entered on Billing System before final printing of Sales Invoices.

11.  Prints and collates Sales Invoices forms and corresponding attachments thereto.

12.  Forwards the sales invoice package to the department secretary for checking and transmittal to clients.

13.  Prepares records for generation of Sales Analysis.

14.  Prepares Journal Vouchers (JV) related to Accounts Receivables, Sales, Cost of Sales and services.

15.  Prepares various Sales Reports and analyzes data prior to submission for management use.

16.  Maintains job-related files.

17.  Performs other assignments which may be required from time to time.

Education: 

College Education with Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Commerce major in Accounting.
