Description
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Create and maintain documentation of support tickets, including solutions and workarounds
- Collaborate with product development team to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Education: At least a 2-year degree
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years
- Technical background
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Driving skills
