1. Provide on-site servicing functions to customer based on Service assignment from immediate superior
2. Check completeness of materials and tools needed prior to dispatch
3. Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works on all products as required in accordance with the company standards and specifications
4. Attain product knowledge by attending product briefing
5. Assist in conducting product demonstration to customers for testing and approval
6. Checks performance of each product and provides feedback to immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Graduate of any technical-vocational courses:

Electrical Technology

-Fast and eager learner with good working knowledge in industrial weighing equipment, PLC, automation, motion control and its application

-Very flexible to dynamic changing work situations in field assignment 

-Willing to travel long trips locally and overseas if needed

-Knowledge in calibration of weighing scale is a good advantage
