We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Cavite. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating sales, building relationships with clients, and representing our company in the field. This role involves visiting potential and existing customers, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Conduct door-to-door or on-site sales visits to prospective and existing clients.

    •    Present and promote products/services to customers based on their needs.

    •    Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.

    •    Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

    •    Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.

    •    Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies for business growth.

    •    Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

    •    Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.

    •    High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

    •    Proven experience in sales, preferably in field sales, is an advantage.

    •    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    •    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    •    Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

    •    Familiarity with Cavite’s local area and market is preferred.

    •    Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a motorcycle or other means of transportation is a plus.
