Description

  • Drive local marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness for Radiowealth Finance Company Incorporated - Legazpi.
  • Plan and execute field marketing activities such as community outreach, local events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Analyze local market trends to inform targeted marketing efforts within the banking and financial services industry.
  • Manage and track marketing budget and ROI for all field marketing initiatives.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
    • Adept at conducting market research to inform marketing strategies.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective messaging.
    • Proven aptitudes in customer retention and vendor relationship management.
    • Capable of coordinating activities and operations in the field.
    • Knowledgeable in sales and traditional as well as digital marketing techniques.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Execute field marketing activities, establish and maintain relationships with customers and vendors, research and analyze market trends, assist in organizing promotional events, and support the sales team in driving brand awareness and sales.
  • Working Conditions: Field-based role with the necessity to travel and work in various environments. Flexibility to adapt to different schedules and event types.
  • Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset, exceptional interpersonal abilities, teamwork oriented, and has a strong work ethic with a goal-driven approach.
