Description

- Evaluate classroom/training site

- Ensure that learning elements are imparted

- Maintain a certain degree of discretion on the information and trade secrets of our clients that we learned during execution of our work.

- Ensure that all necessary licenses are valid for the duration of employment.

- Plan and execute safety trainings in keeping with FPSET training standards

Requirements

- Attend toolbox meetings/briefing with the operations manager before proceeding to job assignments.

- Prepare all necessary PPE that will be used at the work sites.

- Conduct pre-routine visual inspection of unit to be tested. (for practical training)

- Make sure that test and inspection site are free from any obstruction by the movement of the machine, must be within the allowable clearance from the nearest high tension wire, ocular inspection of the grounds stability where test will be done and any other potential safety hazards.

- Conduct training procedures in conformity with the prescribed methodology on the specific type of skill.

- Attend clients’ sponsored safety orientation, disaster preparedness, fire drills training seminars as maybe required by clients.

- Upgrade technical skills and know-how by participating in training seminars related to equipment operations and safety.

- Physically submit to company sponsored periodic medical check-up and random drug and alcohol tests.

- Other duties that may be assigned by management as the need arises.
