A Field Marketing Representative (FMR) is responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns directly in the field, often through face-to-face interactions with customers, partners, or prospects. They act as the "boots on the ground" for the marketing team, driving brand awareness and generating leads.


  • Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with third-party vendors, venues, retailers, and other local partners.
  • Research & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and track and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, lead conversion) to report weekly/monthly on field marketing activities.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage expenses related to field activities in an organized manner.
