The Field Marketing Representative designs, implements, and executes local or regional field marketing campaigns. They are the primary liaison between the company and its customers in the field, working closely with the sales team to promote lead generation and foster business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales Support: Promote products/services at events, gather qualified leads, and share customer intelligence and feedback with the sales team to create upsell opportunities.
• Research & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and track and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, lead conversion) to report weekly/monthly on field marketing activities.
• Budget Management: Track and manage expenses related to field activities in an organized manner.
