• Execute field marketing campaigns, promotions, and events in assigned territories
• Represent the brand at trade shows, in-store promotions, roadshows, and community events
• Distribute marketing materials and ensure proper brand visibility at all physical locations
• Engage directly with customers to educate them about products/services
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support marketing strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and local vendors
• Ensure all marketing displays and setups are aligned with brand standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field marketing, promotions, or customer engagement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to travel or work in various locations (including weekends if needed)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
