• Location: Headquarters, ATC Center, 148 Katipunan Ave., Quezon City

The Local Marketing Coordinator for Azta Urban Salon (Gupit Industriya, Inc.) is responsible for driving localized brand awareness and customer acquisition by executing local campaigns, managing store-level merchandising, and establishing local partnerships.

This role is a vital link in the Integrated Sales and Marketing Activation function, ensuring that universal strategies are effectively translated and activated at the branch level to drive business results.

The ideal candidate has a strong focus on customer-centricity and a keen interest in beauty and hair care trends.

Key Result Areas:

1. Campaign Management

• Execute localized marketing campaigns (e.g. seasonal promos, mall partnerships) from planning to execution
• Coordinate with the Local Marketing Team and Operations (Salon Managers, Client Journey Officers) to ensure flawless in-store execution of all marketing initiatives
• Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics post-activation

2. Local Marketing and Activation

• Identify and implement hyper-local marketing opportunities (e.g. community events, flyers, local partnerships)
• Drive foot traffic by creating compelling local offers and activations that cater to the surrounding market
• Conduct regular branch visits monitor marketing efforts and gather on-the-ground feedback for Marketing and Business Intelligence

3. PR and Partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, media, and influencers to secure cross-promotions and features
• Coordinate local public relations activities and events that elevate the salon’s presence in the community

4. Merchandising and Store Visuals

• Manage the distribution and display of all in-store marketing materials (e.g., posters, digital screens)
• Ensure all branch collateral adheres strictly to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency
• Source and oversee production of required merchandising materials with external suppliers/vendors

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or any related field with at least 1 year experience in the marketing field. Fresh graduates are welcome.

2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Business, Forms)

3. Basic knowledge and experience using Canva for creating simple collateral and internal communications

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills

5. Familiarity with production processes for marketing materials

6. Strong organization, excellent time management, and effective planning abilities

7. Must be customer-centric, highly creative, and possess an analytical mindset with strong market awareness.
